PC Magazine And Partners Raise $11,000 For 'Rooms Of Magic'

Special August Home Theater Issue Benefits Charity

July 15, 2005 - Hollywood, CA

PC Magazine, teaming up with advertising partners Klipsch Audio, Tripp Lite, DataColor and ZT Group, has generously donated $11,350 toward the Elf Foundation's "Room of Magic" theater program.

"We are so proud to have teamed up with PC Magazine to bring additional awareness to the foundation and raise some more money to help us continue our mission of bringing the magic of music and film to sick kids across the country," said Elf President and Founder, Douglas Weinstein. "We have enjoyed the support of Klipsch since our inception and now have the pleasure of adding Tripp Lite, DataColor and ZT Group to our growing list of corporate sponsors."

In a custom published insert for the upcoming August issue, PC Magazine has set out to bring clarity and definition regarding the home theater marketplace to their PC-based readership. The insert goes into detail explaining the latest topics in home theater and the digital home lifestyle.

A portion of sales ad revenue was contributed by each of the manufacturers who participated in the custom published piece, resulting in a generous donation being made in their names to the Elf Foundation.
